		<description>I passed my SPHR in January! I used the HR Review study materials and took your intensive 3-day prep course, in addition to using the recommended textbook (which I rented - cheaper than buying!). I can say that the 3-day prep was worth every penny.  
 
Bottom line: Study, study, study. It&#039;s a hard test, but you can do it.</description>
