Amy Newbanks Letke , SPHR, GPHR is a human resource leader with over 15 years of field and corporate HR expertise. Her experience ranges from human resource management with a Fortune 500 manufacturer, a consulting career with a top tier accounting firm, to an Executive Vice President of Human Resources role with a major software developer in a Chicago suburb. Amy is President of IntegrityHR, Inc., a human resources consulting firm headquartered in Louisville, Kentucky.
Amy possesses both a Bachelor’s degree from DePauw University in Greencastle, Indiana and Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) degree from St. Ambrose University in Davenport, Iowa. She is certified by the Human Resource Certification Institute as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
She has served as an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management, a member of the Society of Human Resource Professionals in Chicago as the HRCI Co-Chairperson, and currently is an active member of the Louisville Society of Human Resource Management. She has also served an adjunct professor with DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois and Governors State University in University Park, Illinois, instructing various human resource management courses at the undergraduate and graduate level.
